They are not becoming complacent, not adopting normalcy bias, not bending a knee, and not backing down. They are the millions of brave souls who defied government prohibitions and commands, and rallied in cities, worldwide, in favor of their rights to exercise free will and engage in voluntary interaction. From the Netherlands, to Germany, to the United Kingdom, to Canada, to Austria, to …

Any contemporary Sisyphus compiling a list of the politicians and bureaucrats who break their own COVID19 lockdown edicts likely will find his work never done. He’ll write about Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) going maskless at a hair salon during lockdown in San Fran, or President Joe Biden going maskless at the Lincoln Memorial mere hours after issuing an Executive Order forbidding such…

When reporting on the dystopian, authoritarian Canadian law C16, passed in 2017 and mandating that government employees and businesses regulated by the Canadian government use all pronouns that visitors demand, this writer had not considered the implications for free speech in Canadian courts. Now, we have the shocking answer - and in the form of speech martyr and lexicon leper, Robert Hoogland…

Whether those who have imposed COVID lockdowns planned to give big, Federal Reserve-connected banks titanic gifts in the form of foreclosed properties, or the effect is a poisonous byproduct of the unconstitutional policies, Donald Trump’s CDC policy (which now-President Biden is continuing) to prohibit landlords from evicting tenants is having precisely that disastrous effect. And that’s…

“Oh, Canada…” Or so the song goes. And while the anthem is meant to be praiseful, there are numerous signs that it’s becoming a lament, thanks to left-wing trouble arising in that northern nation. .@christophelston, a Canadian activist who campaigns against giving puberty blockers to children, was beaten on camera by black bloc militants. #antifa pic.twitter.com/XM49VflSIJ — Andy Ngô (@…

Isn’t it remarkable to see despots employ terms like “common sense gun control” when they wave the guns of the state to threaten peaceful people and their natural rights? That’s what Joe Biden said about the latest pair of bills passed last week by the Democrat-controlled Congress, with the help of eight Republicans. The first towering middle-finger to the natural right of self-defense and…

Get ready. This week, the California Board of Education – the political body which, along with the federal government, controls most of what kids will be taught, thanks to the use of taxpayer funds – will vote on a proposal that might inspire a few people to wonder, “how did we get to this low point?” and might – just might – get a few questioning why people have to fight over nonsense such…

For decades, the malfunctioning government of San Francisco has been the source of justified derision, but the latest example of its crazy operations might be one of the most absurd. Rick Moran reports for PJ Media that this bastion of leftism, this government that’s already running a $651 million deficit, recently saw Mayor London Breed (D) shovel out $16.1 million in cash and other resources…

In a move that has garnered little attention from leftist pop media – perhaps because it focuses on the fundamental rules for the federal government laid out in the U.S. Constitution – 20 state attorneys general have sent a warning letter to House and Senate “leaders.” Their warning is that HR 1 -- which was passed by the House Democrats last week, and contemptuously titled the “For The People…

Liz Warren is excited. Bernie Sanders is proud. Chuck Schumer is gleeful. And their Democrat co-conspirators in the Senate are united in their delight in Saturday passing their 2021 “COVID Relief Bill” aka, the “American Rescue Plan,” by a vote of 50-49, along party lines, with one non-voter, Rep. Dan Sullivan (R-AK) absent. Almost immediately after the vote, socialist Bernie Sanders (I-VT)…
