Operant Conditioning. That’s the term that behavioral psychologist Burrhus Frederic (BF) Skinner popularized in the 20thCentury, following on the heels of behaviorists John Watson and 19thCentury psychologist Ivan Pavlov. It stressed the manner in which “carrots and sticks” – benefits and punishment – could be used on animals and humans to shape their behavior to what their masters desired.…

In a 215 page majority “opinion,” the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals ruled last week not only that there is no right to keep and bear arms, but also that the Second Amendment does not say what it actually says when it explicitly prohibits all levels of government from infringing on that right. The 7-4 majority issued the ruling March 24 in the case of “Young v. Hawaii,” a suit brought by…

As someone with any grasp of the Constitution might have expected, a three-judge panel of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals on March 25 by reversed a district court ruling in favor of President Trump’s 2018 Executive Order banning so-called “bump-stocks.”  This 2-1 ruling against the ban, coming in the case of “Gun Owners of America Inc, et al, v Garland, et al” represents a huge victory for…

Actress Rose McGowan perfectly sums it up. In a tweet released March 24, McGowan smashed Vice President Kamala Harris for appearing in an anodyne, child’s play love-fest with former President Bill Clinton to promote the ageless and improperly-used political virtue-signal of “female empowerment.” Yeah, THAT “female empowerment” – the often vacuous, usually left-driven, form of victim-self-…

Celebrity Lil Nas X caused a “flavor of the weekend” stir Friday, with the release of his music video “Montero (Call Me by Your Name),” a charming little production in which the openly gay man descends on a stripper pole to Hell and engages in simulated sodomy with Lucifer before breaking the Devil’s neck and taking his “throne.” And now, he’s trying to gain more notoriety, with the release…

The Senate Democrats Wednesday, March 24, trotted out infamous Obama Attorney General Eric Holder in their fast and furious attempt to pass S. 1, the Senate version of election-sabotaging bill H.R. 1.  Somehow, it seemed fitting. After all, this is Eric Holder, the legendary man known for achievements such as his well-deserved 2012 “Contempt of Congress” award, which he was given after…

Sometimes, it takes bold action to reveal layers of unconstitutional and immoral activity on the part of politicians, and, in this case, it’s the bold action of a politician, who is standing up for his – and others’ – right to keep and bear arms in the U.S. Capitol. As Marisa Schultz reports for Fox News, Georgia Rep. Andrew Clyde (R) is not only challenging the $15,000 fine targeted at him for…

The levels of hypocrisy from the U.S. political left just keep rising. And leftists in and out of the pop media appear quite willing to overlook them. As Andrew White reports for National File, and as DiscloseTV tweeted on March 19, White House Press Secretary and former CNN “journalist” Jen Psaki recently revealed that President Biden fired five White house staffers after learning of their past…

They are not becoming complacent, not adopting normalcy bias, not bending a knee, and not backing down. They are the millions of brave souls who defied government prohibitions and commands, and rallied in cities, worldwide, in favor of their rights to exercise free will and engage in voluntary interaction. From the Netherlands, to Germany, to the United Kingdom, to Canada, to Austria, to …

Any contemporary Sisyphus compiling a list of the politicians and bureaucrats who break their own COVID19 lockdown edicts likely will find his work never done. He’ll write about Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) going maskless at a hair salon during lockdown in San Fran, or President Joe Biden going maskless at the Lincoln Memorial mere hours after issuing an Executive Order forbidding such…
