It’s time to see how reliable the New York judicial system is, as a group of business and restaurant owners file suit against New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio over his requirement that all people working at, or frequenting, city eateries, gyms, movie theatres, entertainment venues, and numerous other establishments must show proof of so-called “vaccination” or suffer fines, license-revocation,…

Last week, the $1.2 TRILLION “Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act” emerged from the Senate bowels, and as more and more of the 2,700-page pork and regulation proposal is revealed, the mind boggles at both the specifics and the authoritarian philosophy of the bill. Some of the most alarming are the slew of regulations and funds the feds want to throw at their boogeyman, “Climate Change” – regs…

American Indian princess Liz Warren (D-MA) received a law degree from Rutgers University, so either Rutgers does a very poor job vetting those it gives Juris Doctorates in Law, or she doesn’t care what the professors taught. Or, perhaps, neither they, nor she, care about the US Constitution and the meaning of words – because she once again has shown utter disregard not only for the US…

With one hand, Uncle Sam is ready to reach his claws deeper into what SHOULD be a private agreement between you and your internet service provider (ISP), and with the other, the self-serving government wants to pick your pocket to pay for the Internet connections of people you’ll never meet. It’s all part of the grand new 2,700-page Senate “Infrastructure Bill” given the Orwellian title “…

On Friday, August 13, The Department of Homeland Security issued a “guidance” paper to police and federal “law enforcement” that targets those opposed to COVID mandates (mask orders, vax “passports,” lockdowns) and those who might be skeptical of the integrity of the 2020 Presidential election,  labeling them as “potential terror threats.” It also, very broadly, and very subtly, implies that…

In a shocking follow-up to Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s bizarre inversion of public school mask freedom, the Biden Administration Friday announced that it will CIRCUMVENT the Florida government and directly fund local schools defying Governor Ron DeSantis’ order allowing mask freedom for students. FoxNews’ Brie Stimson reports: U.S. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona wrote in a letter to…

As millions of people worldwide witness the bizarre, anti-thought, anti-debate censoriousness of Google’s YouTube, new rivals are emerging to fill the global demand for honest conversation and journalism. Rumble is one of them. And the folks behind the video-hosting platform are making big moves to attract creators who have experienced pop media attacks for their outspoken defenses of liberty.…

After months of ignoring protests from parents and teachers at board meetings, the leftist Tin Ears on the Loudoun County, VA school board have driven one teacher to resign right in front of the board. She says she has "no regrets" and her courage is kindling others to stand on principle. "School Board, I quit," Fifth Grade teacher Laura Morris told the Loudoun County Public Schools Board…

Ethical, liberty-respecting Americans now know that we are in a war – and have been in one for a long, long time. It’s a war of words shaping false narratives, demonizing people who simply want to be left alone, and constantly pushing Americans into technocratic corrals where political ranchers will tell them to wear masks and discuss mandating so-called “jab-passports,” even as they falsely call…

Apocryphal or not, the quote, “Let them eat cake,” is attributed to 18th Century French “Queen” Marie-Antoinette, and cited as one of the classic examples of how a political elitist cared not a whit about the fact that rulers were incredibly insulated from their harmful policies. Climate alarmist, pandemic-edict-promoter and former president Barack Obama’s 60th birthday bash might stand…
