If there are three things Liz Warren and her regulation-loving pals don’t like, they're humor, creative “little guy” interlopers, and the freedom to engage in peaceful commerce that the Constitution supposedly ensures. And this week’s astounding, Reddit-centered, “flash-mob-like” investment in GameStop and AMC theatre stock epitomize all those things. They also let all liberty-minded Americans…

Despite the quote often being misattributed to Albert Einstein, the validity of the aphorism, “insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting the same result,” is a very valuable one. And it certainly applies to the unconstitutional, immoral, and anti-economic minimum wage mandate that has not only repeatedly shown itself to harm low-skilled people, but also been shown to have…

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) on Tuesday took the lead in outlining the absurd and anti-constitutional natures of the second impeachment of now Ex-President Donald Trump. It’s taking Paul – a more libertarian-leaning man than Trump, and a man who disagreed with the former President on many issues – to stand up against the absurd specifics of the “charges” leveled against Trump, and to expose the…

“Former” British Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, is at it again.  Following on the heels of an August essay he posted via Fast Company in which he exhorted corporate elites to stop advertising on platforms he thought promoted “hate” and “division,” Harry (real name: Henry Charles Albert David) now appears desirous of harsher and more overt censorship in his adopted home of America. The…

As expected, Joe Biden wasn’t satisfied with a mere Christ-mocking dozen Executive Orders on his first day in office. On January 21, day two of his administration, he offered a slew more -- and one of them is notable as a learning opportunity to find out not only about how constitutionally dubious are Executive Orders that act like “regulatory” statutes, but to learn also how poorly the…

What a shock! Wasn’t it Donald Trump who hated free speech? Oh, wait. He merely criticized biased “reporters” and called out “really fake news.” Joe Biden appears to be operating much more in the mold of Trump’s predecessor, Barack Obama, who actually took government actions to stifle reporters. As Emily Zanotti writes for Daily Caller, Biden’s “team” shut down reporters in what appears to be…

If anyone's wondered what it sounds like to hear two deceptive, egomaniacal, warmongering political plotters inflate new propagandistic trial balloons, they got an example from Hillary Clinton’s latest pop-media-promoted podcast, during which the former presidential candidate asked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi whether it's possible that Russia was behind the violence at the U.S. Capitol earlier…

If only the organizers had changed their rally to “The March for Black Lives Matter," they might not have had such concerns. They might have been welcomed by the press mob, and by violent AntiFa, and by politicians who demonize right-leaning rallies even as they praise leftist “protests” that leave numerous cities blazing and many people harmed or killed. Sadly, the organizers of the annual…

Joe Biden and his “Office of The President-Elect” just offered members of the American left their opportunity to decry what, during Trump’s era, they claimed they opposed: the “dictatorial” presidency.  As reported by The Hill’s Tal Axelrod, the Biden Super-Friends Team says that, shortly after his coronation Wednesday, His Highness will issue a dozen super-cool Executive Orders: Ron…

Continuing the absurd “terrorists attempted a coup” narrative she and many of her fellow Democrats have pushed like heroin since police allowed pro-Trump protesters, AntiFa agent provocateurs, vandals, and thrill-seekers into the Capitol on January 6, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) in a video recently demanded that Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Josh Hawley (R-MO), and House…
