For some odd reason, the oft-heard line “Do as I say, not as I do” keeps coming to mind when one reads, or sees, or hears, tales of politicians.  It happens so much that, if one were to fall prey to a moment of weakness – or mental clarity in this insane world of COVID crackdowns – one might think that the arrogance and conceit of politicians walk hand in hand with their ignorance of liberty and…

University of Toronto Psychology professor, and well-known proponent of individual liberty and free speech, Dr. Jordan Peterson rose to world prominence when, in 2016, he publically opposed Canada’s obnoxious “pronoun” law C-16, which mandated that any “regulated” business in the nation have its employees use the “pronouns” that customers demanded. The bill was bad enough, since it abrogated the…

Michael Tennant of The New American, and Anthony Watts, of the notable climate change site WattsUpWithThat, write that the U.S. National Interagency Fire Center (did I miss that in the Constitution?) appears to have been caught cutting off early years of fire stats, evidently to lend credence to claims of “more fires due to anthropogenic climate change.” Notes Tennant: Created in 1965, the…

It’s simple. Once the concept of private property in stores and other places open for commerce is breached by the state, all bets are off. And now, Victoria, Australia is showing the rest of the world precisely how this goes. For weeks, the Victoria government has “strongly advised” private business owners to begin requesting that customers use their phones to scan a digital QR code connected to…

The Candyman -- a.k.a., the so-called “Republican” Governor of Ohio -- Mike DeWine has introduced a series of Wonka-like “Golden Tickets” to the population of the state that, when viewed in conjunction with California Gavin Newsom’s claim of a $75 million budget surplus, help reveal one of the key problems of the U.S. political-economic system today. As Calvin Freiburger reports for…

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) appeared on Fox News’ Ingraham Angle Wednesday night to explicitly say he will demand clemency for a gym-owning couple who had been charged with the evil crime of not enforcing a local mask ordinance last year. As a clip Ingraham tweeted shows, De Santis appeared in a split-screen with gym owners Mike and Jillian Carnevale and stated he will place a reprieve…

Have these people read “1984” or the Nuremberg Codes?  The editors at Merriam-Webster’s online dictionary have changed the definition of “anti-vaxxer” to mean anyone who stands in opposition to state-forced injections. Really. As Bobby Burack writes for Outkick: This is terrifying. The Merriam-Webster dictionary changed its definition of ‘anti-vaxxer’ to mean anyone who opposes laws that…

Contrary to harsh, a-priori posing by The Washington Post, on Tuesday, May 11, Kentucky Senator Dr. Rand Paul (R) did Americans – and the entire world – a service by asking Dr. Anthony Fauci many of the key questions media outlets like the WaPo could have been asking over a year ago.  On the Senate floor, Paul focused on numerous unethical, unconstitutional, and potentially illegal tax-funded…

The leftist, Cultural Marxist, postmodernist abuse of language and intimidation-through-empty-accusation continue to ramp up, this time at world-famous Cornell University. As Steve Byas reports for The New American: “Now even libraries and the Dewey Decimal System (DDC) are considered yet another example of ‘white supremacy.’ At least that is the conclusion of Reanna Esmail, an outreach and…

Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels cited the transplanted American and nephew of weirdo Sigmund Freud, Edward Bernays, as a major influence in understanding that “when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it.” It appears that many politicians in the U.S., and especially the D.C. Democrats, agree, for, as Natalie Winters reports for The National Pulse, House Dems just introduced a bill to…
