Todd made it sound like it was beyond the pale to criticize Rep. Ilhan Omar, or Hunter Biden, who he temporarily pretended was a presidential child like Tiffany Trump or Malia Obama.
On Wednesday's PBS NewsHour, host Judy Woodruff pressed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo with the talking point there was "no proof" of wrongdoing in Ukraine by the Bidens, Pompeo shot back: "You all keep repeating that line as if you're working for the DNC." Woodruff protested: "I'm an indepenendent journalist. (Who donated to the Clinton Foundation.)
On Tuesday's PBS NewsHour, anchor Judy Woodruff and Hillary Clinton agreed there was no evidence the Bidens had done "anything wrong." To focus on the Bidens would be spreading Trump's distractions.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) was disgusted by Chuck Todd's "very biased opening" segment on Meet the Press, and host Chuck Todd openly fought with him and wouldn't let him finish a point as Johnson tried to tell Todd what he should ask John Brennan later in the show.
While Meet the Press host Chuck Todd was combative with Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, it was like a teammate talk with Sen. Chris Murphy. Todd ended by attacking Johnson for deciding he "had to character-assinate the show and us...in this bizarre, personal way I think shows you where we're headed. What do WE do?"
