In a series of announcements that indicate the integrity of two independent journalists and the depths to which new Twitter CEO Elon Musk will have to dig in order to clean the corporation of its bottom-dwellers, reporters Matt Taibbi and Bari Weiss (both now publishing at Substack – here, for Mr. Taibbi’s work and here, for Ms. Weiss’ work) and Mr. Musk have confirmed that the first batch of…

In what might be one of the most infuriating ironies to cap a year of neurotic, pathological government and corporate arrogations of our personal autonomy, the Chief Executive Officer of German auto-maker Volkswagen now appears to have stumbled onto the truth that – SHOCK – it’s not economically viable to build batteries for their fleet of utopian electric vehicles. Stephen Green (an ironic…

Many leftist policy positions are so bald-facedly absurd or grounded in collectivist hypocrisy that they’re “lay-ups” – easily refuted, easily exposed. Often, the people pushing them actually expose their own hypocrisy, such as can be seen with Canadian Prime Minister and Lockdown Lord of the North Justin Trudeau now doing a 180 and praising Chinese lockdown protesters, or leftist “journo…

As a follow-up to my September 12 MRCTV piece on the behavior-monitoring, police-reporting, rights-crushing potential of credit card corporations VISA, Am-Ex, and MasterCard adopting the new International Organization for Standardization (IOS) “gun store code,” on September 22, I reported that 24 state Attorneys General warned the CEOs of those corporate giants against the code adoption, fearing…

For the central-planners of each generation, the general rule has been that human beings are a scourge on the planet, only useful when we are a source for government power. To them, we are not the creative drivers of increasingly abundant resources in a free world. And to them, markets must be controlled by enlightened politicians, not by the people who earn their own keep. To the collectivists…

New Twitter CEO Elon Musks’ work with independent reporter Matt Taibbi to release reams of internal Twitter corporation documents has revealed enough seeming politically oriented activity to fill a detective novel – and it also has prompted numerous leftist so-called “journalists” to expose their complete lack of professional integrity. The Musk-Taibbi revelations reveal that Twitter’s…

Stockholm Syndrome is the mental pathology of developing admiration for one’s captors or thanking them for some false benefit. And such is the phenomenon that can be seen in historically blind praise of the new Biden move to “ease sanctions” against the importation of Venezuelan oil. It’s not that the importation of oil is bad. On the contrary, that’s helpful. But it’s essential not to thank our…

In a series of actions that helps shed light on journalistic bias even as it clarifies the meaning of the term “contraception” and the illegitimacy of the federal government “deciding” whether certain products can be sold, a pro-life group has filed suit against the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its approval of chemical abortion drugs in the United States. The Alliance Defending…

If a house of cards falls in the forest, and no one hears, does it make a sound? Luckily, this house of cards, better known as Dr. Anthony Fauci -- a.k.a. the highest paid federal employee of all, a.k.a. the four-decade-long employee/head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), a.k.a. "THE SCIENCE!" -- was being…

From children being told their “Drag Queen Names” in 2017, to Pizza Hut pushing a “Drag Queen” book for kids in 2022, many Americans (and Canadians) have witnessed the bewildering and unsettling sight of grown males in drag engaging in uncomfortable – often lewd – interaction with small children in locales such as public libraries and even in bars. But now, conservative people are pushing back…
