Friday, January 21, Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown, of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Galveston, ruled in favor of the medical privacy and health freedom of 3.5 million federal workers who sought injunctive relief against Joe Biden’s mRNA gene vector injection mandate of said federal employees. 3.5 million federal employees. That, itself, is a problem. But here’s the…

It the face of towering COVID-19 lockdown and jab mandate pressure from D.C. and the pop media, an estimated 20,000-plus people gathered at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial Sunday, January 23, to send a message of resistance and hope. The gathering was the Defeat the Mandates rally, and the presenters employed data, testimony, song, comedy, and camaraderie to put authoritarians like Joe…

In what might become one of the defining scenes of his tenure in office, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) offered an apology Thursday for telling reporters during a photo op at railroad tracks that the detritus of stolen packages looted from the rail cars likely was the work of, as he originally put it, “organized gangs.” Chris Menahan writes for Information Liberation: California Governor…

In a two-to-one ruling full of important touchstones, a panel of the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals ruled January 20 against Ventura County, California’s “pandemic” 2020 closure of gun and ammunition stores -- businesses that the county government had deemed “non-essential.” Judges Lawrence Vandyke and Andrew Kleinfeld reversed the pro-lockdown ruling of the U.S. District Court for the…

Offering a shocking, but apt, metaphor to how governments corral and trap taxpayers against their wills, the California-based non-profit Let Them Breathe recently released a series of video clips evidently taken by students at the Grade 8-12 Campus of New West Charter School, in West Los Angeles. New West Charter School in Los Angeles confirmed that management had implemented a vaccine and…

MRCTV readers might recall a piece and video I wrote and shot early last year concerning the revelation that numerous California public schools were having their students chant prayers to the ancient Aztec god of human sacrifice. In it, I noted that the metaphorical tie to contemporary government is pretty darn clear, since, after all, government is axiomatically sociopathic, meaning it only…

On January 11, Newsweek’s Emma Nolan reported that the professional wrestler, actor, and philanthropist Hulk Hogan (real name, Terry Gene Bollea) responded to a recent Facebook post about the deaths of actress Betty White and comedian Bob Saget by expressing his belief that the causes had been their injections with one of the mRNA COVID19 jabs, and he added actor Sidney Portier to the list.…

It doesn’t take a lengthy historical study of White House machinations and messaging to notice that, to say the least, most of the people offering so-called “information” and “transparent” press meetings there have been far from candid. Indeed, over the years, one begins to realize that the factual and historical revisionism noted in George Orwell’s “1984” were, on balance, less dystopian…

After playing its part with the Biden administration late last year to frame the prefabricated narrative that concerned parents, pro-federalists, and anti-authoritarians who appear at school board meetings are potential “domestic terror threats,” the now infamous National School Boards Association (NSBA) appears to be near total implosion, as more than a dozen state affiliates have abandoned ship…
