On Thursday's MTP Daily, Chuck Todd said "there's no defending Samantha Bee," but then insisted President Trump is responsible for what Bee said about his daughter. Fox & Friends brought on former White House press secretary Sean Spicer on Friday and showed him an ad where a Democratic candidate for Congress named Dan Helmer compared Trump to Osama bin Laden. The Democrat is running in the suburbs of northern Virginia, meaning D.C. journalists can see this ad in their homes.
