After President Trump's acquittal celebration in the East Room on Thursday, ABC cued up correspondent Terry Moran to uncork an agitated lecture about a supposed "new low" in politics of top leaders questioning each other's faith. It's not new.

In today's outbreak of MSNBC Theology, legal analyst Maya Wiley lit into Sen. Lamar Alexander for allegedly sitting on Satan's fence, and therefore belongs to Satan. Given the channel's tilt, we can guess that the Pelosis and Schiffs are on the Jesus side, and Trump is with Satan.

There is going soft on Democrats, and then there's just embarrassing. On Monday's New Day, CNN anchor John Berman repeated Jill Biden back to herself that "Hunter is the heart and soul" of the Bidens. And no mention that the "heart and soul" dated his brother's widow, or fathered a child with a stripper....

On his Sunday show State of the Union, CNN anchor Jake Tapper harped on Sen. Joni Ernst about President Trump's phone call to Ukraine and tapdanced on the Biden line that "there's no evidence anybody did anything illegal." He pressed repeatedly for Ernst to denounce Trump's phone remarks as "inappropriate and wrong," but didn't seem to think that matched the Bidens.
