In a ruling that has gone virtually unacknowledged by the pop media, the Supreme Court of the United States majority offered a minor victory to public school students who might want to criticize the propaganda system in which they are trapped and for which taxpayers are forced to pay. Sophia Cope and Naomi Gilens note for The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) via ActivistPost that the case…

In what might be one of the most bleakly ironic appeals of the year, Viola Garcia and Chip Slaven, the President and Interim Executive Director, respectively, of the government-parasite-filled National School Boards Association (NSBA) on September 29 sent an open letter to Joe Biden calling on him to deploy a wide array of federal forces against parents and other taxpayers who speak out…

Get this… Self-styled “radical” Cornell Law professor Saule Omarova, Joe Biden’s pick to become “Comptroller of the Currency,” recently Tweeted reckless and ignorant praise of the Soviet Marxist system that trained her throughout the 1980s: Until I came to the US, I couldn’t imagine that things like gender pay gap still existed in today’s world. Say what you will about old USSR, there was…

If one is in the market for a college to help him or her learn great truths about the world, it sure is good to know that some “centers of higher education” offer powerful warnings that their administrators haven’t got a clue. Such is the case with the University of Otago, in New Zealand, which, on Tuesday, last week, blessed male weightlifter Gavin (aka Laurel) Hubbard with its “FEMALE Athlete…

As MRCTV readers might know, I frequently have reported on the fact that more guns in the hands of peace-loving civilians in a geographic of political zone is strongly correlated to a statistically significant reduction in violent crime. I also have reported on the clear fact that government “bans” and “buy-backs” of firearms do not reduce violent crime. Despite pop media fantasy, violent…

Our liberty and livelihoods are under increasing threat, as President Biden and his allies push for a terrifying expansion of government and taxes. Yet, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), has been about as resistant to the Democrat-fashioned “Infrastructure” bill as Winnie The Pooh is to honey. And, though House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has spoken against the “…

Evidently ignorant – or dismissive – of the meaning of “shall not be infringed” the government of Oregon Saturday put into effect a new rights-snatching statute that compels gun-owners to store firearms in safes or “safe rooms,” place trigger locks on them, and NOT take them to certain public places. And the statute will, of course, be enforced by armed cops – paid by the taxpayers whose rights…

A curious thing happens to large portions of a populace after an unjustified and detrimental government program has operated for a generation or so. It turns out that many people argue only about the day-to-day workings of the program, and not the existence of the program itself. In the United States, one of the most important examples of this phenomenon is the federal provision of undergraduate…

As part of its September 23 passage of HR 4350, the 1,300 page, so called, “National Defense Authorization Act,” the House of Representatives voted 316 to 113 in favor of the anti-constitutional “Red Flag” gun-seizure concept promoted by Joe Biden. The provision applies to active military, and even to many who have already completed their stints in the armed forces – many of them carrying…

Each year, the House and Senate hand a President the so-called “National Defense Authorization Act” (NDAA), which ostensibly funds US soldiers and their support chains deployed (sans any constitutional Declaration of War) across the planet. Each year, the NDAA is filled with even more poison than the already nasty funding of American Empire that has seen Presidents call for drone strikes on…
