In the wake of the tragic shooting at Michigan State University earlier this week, the unhinged gaggle of gals on ABC’s The View unleashed some truly crazy takes. Joy Behar was so unhinged that she seriously blamed Republicans wearing gun-shaped lapel pins for causing mass shootings. And of course, the so-called “conservative” on the stage couldn’t be bothered to truly defend the Second Amendment as she was too busy arbitrarily dictating who actually needed an AR-15.
Racist Whoopi Goldberg kicked off the discussion by lashing out at the right; suggesting that since they were “banning” books and “banning” trans people, they should be okay with banning guns:
Well, you know. It's kind of crazy because I think of all the banning of stuff that's going on in this country. Banning of books. Books don’t kill people. Banning of trans people. I don't know any trans people or of any trans people that have killed people. But they are okay banning that. They feel comfortable banning that. And they can't figure out how to ban these guns.
A trans person had NEVER killed someone, Whoopi? Fact check: false! Last year, a transgender SERIAL KILLER was arrested in New York City.
