On the June 26 edition of CNN's Fareed Zakaria GPS, legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin falsely faulted the Founding Fathers for creating a Constitution that "enshrined slavery." He rejected the idea of closely hewing to the document today: "The Constitution is a wonderful document, but infallible? It never was, and it still isn’t.”
