Sharpton: Rand Paul Trying 'To Do The Monica Lewinsky on the Democrats'

On his MSNBC show, Al Sharpton says "It seems as though Rand Paul is really going to try to do the Monica Lewinsky on the Democrats as a way of countering the war on women."
