On Varney & Co, Karl Rove pointed out the ridiculous oversampling of Democrats in national polls showing Obama ahead. Rove pointed out that most polls oversample Democrats and some even operate under the assumption that Democrats will have more support than they did in 2008. Rove went on to state that polls such as Rasmussen and Gallup (which show the race as a dead heat or a slight Romney lead) are the most reliable.
