NBC Hides Defund the Police Mob Beating NYPD Cops in the Head, ABC/CBS Gawk

New York Police Department Chief Terence Monahan was among the four officers injured in a brutal daytime attack on the Brooklyn Bridge Wednesday, during an interfaith march to show support for the city’s police. He suffered a broken finger while others were seen with blood running down their faces. This disgusting violence was covered up by NBC Nightly News, while ABC’s World News Tonight and CBS Evening News gawked at it in news briefs.

“And an attack today on New York City police officers was caught on surveillance video,” announced CBS anchor Norah O’Donnell. “This happened at protestors both pro and anti-police clashed on the Brooklyn Bridge. At least four officers were hurt including the chief of department, the city's top uniformed officer. 37 people were arrested.”

Her fleeting news brief lasted just 18 seconds.

ABC anchor David Muir managed to squeeze out just a few more seconds; 23 total to be exact:

Next this evening, four New York City police officers, including the city’s police chief injured during protests on the Brooklyn Bridge. The officers were hurt after encountering an occupy city hall rally during a pro-police march. Video from the scene tonight showing some officers trying to push back the crowd. Others treating wounds. The chief reportedly suffering a broken finger. Police say at least 38 people are in custody tonight.
