MSNBC's Wallace: Why Won't Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, Today, Convene a Hearing on the 25th Amendment?'

Following the publication of a New York Times op-ed by an unnamed official in the Trump administration that alleges that cabinet secretaries discussed invoking the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office, the panel on Deadline: White House went into full-blown 25th Amendment hysteria. Host Nicolle Wallace said that the op-ed highlights the need for a "serious debate about the 25th Amendment in this country."  Anti-Trump Former Republican Congressman David Jolly brought up the upcoming Bob Woodward book, Fear, saying that it, along with the Times op-ed raises the question of "whether or not the President is actually fit to perform the duties of the office." Wallace then asked "Why won't Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell, today, convene a hearing on the 25th Amendment?"
