Kentucky Senator Rand Paul appeared on Sunday's Meet the Press and pointed out the hypocrisy of Democrats accusing Republicans of a "war on women" despite their support of former President Bill Clinton, who "took advantage of a girl that was 20 years old and an intern in his office."
MSNBC's Morning Joe covered the remarks Monday morning, with co-host Mika Brzezinski condemning Paul's comments as "a sign of political desperation" by Republicans. However, she did confess: "I've always been torn about how easily bill Clinton has been treated about this whole thing."
