Disgusting: Nets Mourn With Palestinians Over ‘Catastrophe’ of Israel

For two days now, the liberal media’s anti-Israel smears have grown wilder and have arguably begun to border on something more. The Tuesday evening broadcasts of the major network news outlets (ABC, CBS, and NBC) were no exception as they mourned with the Palestinians on the day they call the “catastrophe,” or Israel’s creation. This, along with breathless parroting of Gaza propaganda and no criticism of Hamas, the terrorist organization that brutalizes the people there.

CBS Evening News dove right into the anti-Israel slogans as they kicked off their segment. “Turning to the Middle East now, Palestinians marked the 70th anniversary of what they call the ‘Nakba’ or ‘catastrophe’ after the founding of Israel and the loss of their homes,” announced fill-in anchor Brianna Golodryga. “Israeli forces killed two Palestinians today as protests continued over the relocation of the U.S. Embassy yesterday and the anniversary of the formation of a Jewish state, which was 70 years ago today,” anchor Jeff Glor added from Jerusalem.

The video report by Foreign correspondent Holly Williams began with a crowd of Palestinians screaming “Allahu Akbar!” “They're no strangers to bloodshed in war-torn Gaza, and today they buried their dead yet again. Several of them were children according to Palestinian officials,” she lamented as images of bodies wrapped in the Hamas flag were flashing on the screen. She and Glor both parroted Palestinian claims that 60 people were killed by the Israelis, a dubious claim made by those who lie routinely.
