ABC Hypes Biden’s First Campaign Rally, Boasts Getting Under Trump's Skin

Former Vice President Joe Biden was in western Pennsylvania on Monday visiting union workers for his campaign’s first rally. The liberal media that had stopped running President Trump’s campaign rallies live did the opposite for Uncle Joe. During Monday’s World News Tonight, ABC News hyped the event and bragged about how Biden was “getting under the President's skin.”

“We're going to turn now to the race for 2020, and former Vice President Joe Biden holding the first rally of his presidential campaign. It was in Pittsburgh just a short time ago, telling a cheering crowd, if he's going to beat Donald Trump, quote, it's going to happen there, in Pennsylvania,” anchor David Muir enthusiastically announced at the start of the segment.

ABC congressional correspondent Mary Bruce seemed impressed with how “voters lined up for hours to see Joe Biden back on his home turf”. “This is Biden country. But it's Trump country, too, and in an exclusive interview, Biden told our Robin Roberts, he's the Democrat who can woo back those working class Trump voters,” she added.

For the liberal media, Biden’s recent inappropriate touching scandal was nothing. The real scandal was how he treated proven liar Anita Hill. Bruce took a quick detour in her report to promote Biden’s apology tour.
