ABC Claims ‘No Evidence’ Dems Responsible for Encouraging Illegal Immigration

The liberal media’s latest go-to tactic is to claim that President Trump said something without proof or evidence when a statement is generally known to accurate. In the most recent case, Sunday’s edition of ABC’s Good Morning America denied evidence that the Democratic Party encourages illegal immigration resulting in children being put in dangerous situations, even deadly ones.

That morning, ABC was up in arms because Trump sent out a tweet arguing: “Any deaths of children or others at the Border are strictly the fault of the Democrats and their pathetic immigration policies that allow people to make the long trek thinking they can enter our country illegally. They can’t. If we had a Wall, they wouldn’t even try!”

As they finally got around to covering the government shutdown, co-anchor Whit Johnson decried how “the President blam[ed] Democrats for the deaths of two migrant children, without any proof.” And White House correspondent Tara Palmeri began her report by declaring: “The President in the heat of a government shutdown blaming the Democrats without proof for the deaths of two migrant children who died while in U.S. custody.”
