See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. As many have probably seen by now, Gallup released a poll on September 14 that a record-low percentage of the American people trust the media and, naturally, CNN’s Reliable Sources on Sunday addressed it, but the 11-minute segment made it another obsessive discussion of Donald Trump’s hostility toward them and ignored key factors such as…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. Speaking of the hysterical outrage machine being turned up to a 10 after Donald Trump’s birtherism statement Friday morning, the pathetic behavior by the media continued into the afternoon as CNN host Ashleigh Banfield and media reporter Dylan Byers worried that Donald Trump and his supporters could undermine the media to the point that the…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. Needless to say, the media were besides themselves on Friday in turning up the outrage machine at Donald Trump for dragging out his birtherism statement and aside from his lack of an apology for perpetuating the asinine belief about President Obama, few were willing to own up to their role in going along with Trump’s media circus.  After Trump…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. One of the more interesting and fulfilling debates concerning media bias took place on Wednesday night’s Charlie Rose on PBS as fill-in host Andrew Ross Sorkin moderated a debate between CNN’s Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter and Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro with the latter firmly denouncing the inability for the media to fact-check Hillary…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. When it comes to MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews, one constant throughout the last decade plus with him has always been an obsessive dislike of former Vice President Dick Cheney and his family with Wednesday offering the latest installment as he admitted to his guests that it “makes me happy” and even “mirthful” that Colin Powell’s leaked…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. In the hours following President Barack Obama’s campaign stop for Hillary Clinton on Tuesday afternoon in Philadelphia, MSNBC’s Chris Matthews was beyond giddy at the “magical” stump speech but he was later joined by Brian Williams, who declared on The 11th Hour that Obama will go down as “a communicator who can deliver” enthusiasm “unlike…

See more in the cross-post on the NewsBusters blog. As if MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews had done enough fawning over liberals in President Obama on Tuesday night, he dialed up the eye-rolling worship once again with the help of former Salon columnist Joe Conason to tout the latter’s new pro-Bill Clinton book and oozed praise for how the Clintons are driven by their desires “to change the…
