After Police gave a two hour warning that the protesters of Occupy Melbourne must leave they had to clear the area by force. The resulting skirmish saw 20 people arrested and several, including police, injured.
Oakland has issued a statement telling occupy protesters that they must leave park grounds and can no longer stay overnight. Despite the warning occupy protesters have yet to leave Frank Ogawa Plaza or Snow Park and there have been no reports of Police trying to force them out. (H/t Hot Air & JWF)

A man has been charged with interfering with a flight crew after he became upset and screamed out "Allahu Akbar… you’re all going to die". However, the FBI has said that it wasn't a terrorist attack but rather the man is mentally unstable.
