There's been an update to the story of the Marine war hero who was assaulted in Washington, D.C. by “Black Lives Matter” teens. Two teens have finally been arrested in the assault of a Marine vet.
Those two teens will not be facing a hate crimes charge, despite the fact that before they assaulted and robbed Christopher Marquez they asked, “Do you believe black lives matter?” They then proceeded to follow, beat and rob him.
The male assailant is being charged with aggravated assault, while the female is charged with pickpocketing.

A Marine Veteran was eating at McDonald’s Friday night in northwest Washington, D.C. when he was brutally attacked by “Black Lives Matter” teens. This Marine vet served in Afghanistan and Iraq. He is pretty well-know for a famous picture that was taken of him during the Iraq War in Fallujah -- he received the Bronze Star for his actions that day.
The group of teens began harassing Christopher Marquez, insisting that he was racist and asking him, "Do you believe black lives matter?"
After he left the restaurant, the teens followed him and one of them hit Marquez on the side of the head, knocking him unconscious. The teens then robbed him. Once he regained consciousness, he was able to take a cab home and was later taken to a hospital where he was treated for “head trauma and an eye contusion.”
“When I was in the Marine Corps, I served with people from many different backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, and races,” Marquez told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “Like all Marines, I fought for the freedom of all Americans and not just one particular group.”
