While the world was busy watching Twitter, waiting to see if the social media site would sell to billionaire Elon Musk and once again adopt the basic principle of allowing free speech, President Joe Biden was busy wandering around a stage looking for an exit after shaking hands with a ghost.
Following a speech Thursday, Biden appeared to turn around and shake hands with nobody - not once, but twice - before stumbling around in confusion, seemingly trying to figure out where he was supposed to go.

The 79-year-old president has an unfortunate habit of wandering around, appearing confused by his surroundings and unable to remember who people are. Earlier this month, the president mistakenly referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as the First Lady - a title belonging to Biden's own wife, Jill - before cracking an awkward joke about having COVID.
