House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) knows her state already has a border wall with Mexico, right? She’s got to. It’s either that or the congresswoman deliberately ignores the barrier that she’s against that already exists.
Just in case Pelosi wasn’t aware of her state’s physical division with Mexico, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) figured he’d give her a friendly reminder on Monday.
Jordan tweeted out the following:
If @SpeakerPelosi thinks the border security wall is immoral, then why doesn’t she sponsor legislation to take down the existing wall between San Diego and Tijuana?— Rep. Jim Jordan (@Jim_Jordan) January 7, 2019
Jordan’s tweet is in response to the newly crowned Speaker of the House's repeated stance that she views the proposed border wall as “immoral.”
She’s right as usual. The safety of the American people and the sovereignty of the U.S. should take a backseat to the dangerously progressive politics of the far-left, Pelosi and others like her.
That was sarcasm for those playing the home game.
It should be interesting to watch President Trump address the nation concerning "the Humanitarian and National Security crisis on our Southern Border. What should be even more enlightening - there's that sarcasm creeping up again - will be the Left's official response to Trump's speech, to be doled out by Pelosi and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).
