If you live in California, New York or any other state run by the far-left — or just flat-out communists — don’t try to defend yourself or anyone else with equal or greater force, because you’ll be treated like the criminal and the criminals will be treated like victims.
Married father of a 5-month-old Vince Ricci found that reality out the hard way. Ricci is the Los Angeles man in a video going viral on social media who defended his home and family from would-be robbers with his concealed carry firearm. Instead of being heralded for his quick thinking in a crisis situation, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has reportedly punished Ricci for his actions.
“After successfully defending my home and my family and my 5-month-old child, California has now decided to suspend my Second Amendment [rights],” Ricci told the National Rifle Association (NRA) in an interview posted to the organization’s YouTube channel.

That’s right. According to Ricci, he told Fox News Digital “the sheriff’s office called him Thursday morning to inform him his concealed carry permit was ‘revoked.’ Ricci claims it was because his yelling at LAPD officers for their “sloppy police” work, “including allegedly not picking up the casings scattered near his home as evidence.

It’s sad to think that defending yourself and your family is now frowned upon in states like Commiefornia and New York. Maybe it’s because law-abiding citizens seem to be doing a better job than a lot of officers these days, or at least the people in charge of police policy.
To revoke someone’s right to defend their family is something that one might ignore if truly adhering to the Second Amendment, which makes no call for permits in order to carry. Some might even claim that the Second Amendment is the only permit you need.
