Marine War Hero Attacked By Black Lives Matter

A Marine Veteran was eating at McDonald’s Friday night in northwest D.C. when he was attacked by “black lives matters” teens. This Marine Vet served in Afghanistan and Iraq. He also in a pretty famous picture that was taken during the Iraq war for which he received the Bronze Star for his actions that day.

The group of teens began harassing Christopher Marquez asking him ‘Do you believe black lives matter’ while also insisting that he was racist.  

After he left the restaurant the teens followed him and one of them punched Marquez on the side of the head knocking him unconscious. The teens then robbed him. Once he regain consciousness he was able to take a cab home and was later taken to the hospital and was treated for “head trauma and an eye contusion.”

“When I was in the Marine Corps, I served with people from many different backgrounds, ethnicities, religions, and races,” Marquez told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “Like all Marines, I fought for the freedom of all Americans and not just one particular group.”
