Can we just call this what it is? Child abuse!
In a recently tweeted photo by Libs of TikTok, a mother and her son have come out as transgender, making them now apparently a “father” and “his daughter.” Though the story took place a while back, it’s re-surfaced on Twitter and users are in shock.
Back in 2013, Corey Maison told his parents that he identified as a girl and wanted to transition. A few years later, Corey’s mother, Erica, decided that she too wanted to transition. Now, the pair identify as the gender that is opposite of their biological gender.
According to Corey’s Instagram, he felt his transition wasn’t “about ‘becoming’ another person - I already am who I am - I just want my body to reflect that. it's not like I'm suddenly changing from the person you've always known - this is more about your willingness to see who l've always been.”
His Instagram account is also flooded with duck face selfies, photos with his “boobs” practically hanging out of his tank top, videos of him sipping from many large alcoholic drinks and one from last month where he’s holding what looks like an e-cigarette.
On his social media, it appears he’s got nothing but positivity radiating about his new found identity which, of course, is just affirming his delusion. He’s also been gifted makeup from Benefit and Ipsy makeup brands and wrote a book a few years ago called, “Identity: A Story of Transitioning.”
It’s important to note that Corey also has an Only Fans account. His bio says “I am an 20-year-old trans women." I guess Corey never finished his education considering how grammatically wrong that sentence is, but then again, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to sell porn.
On the Libs of TikTok Twitter page, Corey and his mom Erica are spotted with a photo of each with their old looks demonstrating who they were versus who they are now…or at least just who they’re trying to be.
Presently, the tweet has close to 130,000 views and has been retweeted over 300 times. As it spreads, more people have been leaving their opinions on the situation.

These users are right. The mother, Erica, abused her child. And now, her son is showing and demonstrating the symptoms of that abuse. Whether it's by his narcism, his transgender identity or his porn account, this story is an excellent reminder at how damaging affirming these delusions are.
