Subway had published a browser-based game on their kids' portion of their website where kids played with alleged child rapist Jared Fogle’s pants. The app, called “Jared’s Pants Dance,” charged its young players with using Fogle’s blue jeans to catch Subway sandwiches, bottles of water and candy for points.

It was still live at the time of Jared Fogle’s guilty plea for the charges of possession of child pornography and the solicitation of minors for sex. The game has since been take down, its promo page removed.

Jared Fogle, whose wife has filed for divorce, was the face of Subway for over 15 years and, subsequent to his admittance of guilt, the chain has terminated their relationship with him.

Fogle is accused of having sex with two 16-year old girls and allegedly agreed to pay one of them a fee if they would find him other underage girls to have sex with. According to court documents, Fogle "stated that he would accept a 16-year-old girl, while stating that the younger the girl, the better.”

In his guilty plea, the government agreed to seek no more than 12.5 years of prison time, while Fogle agreed to ask for no less than five.

Fogle also agreed to pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 victims, who will each receive $100,000. Fogle "knows that restitution can't undo the damage that he's done, but he will do all in his power to try to make it right," defense attorney Jeremy Margolis told reporters.
