A South Florida woman has been charged with child abuse and drug possession after police found an array of illegal substances in her child's stroller.

Briana Sue Hoxter, 25, was arrested Thursday after police said they found Alprazolam, heroin, and drug paraphernalia in her baby stroller.

Her custody was revoked, and the Department of Children and Families has stepped in says WPTV.
