Comedians and long-time friends Dana Carvey and David Spade recently ripped into the absurd authoritarianism and the unbelievable COVID narratives spewed forth by the US government’s top tax-fed insult to logic and the Constitution, Anthony Fauci.

Appearing June 28 on Twitter, and, as of this writing, receiving 6.7 million views in its original form, former Saturday Night Live cast member, actor, and stand-up comedian Dana Carvey’s video clip revealed how he and former SNL cohort, actor, and stand-up comedian Spade viewed the bizarre, reality-defying Fauci-CDC-Jab-lockdown spectacle that pressed on so many Americans and turned lives and livelihoods into nightmares.

The two friends were chatting on Spade’s video-podcast, when Carvey joked, “I miss COVID,” and Spade noted:

“You know when I knew there was trouble? When anyone that came to our country didn’t have to get a vaccine. And I go…”

Carvey, nodding, agreeing, and saying, “Mmm-Hmm…”

Spade: “If you’re telling me I can’t go to work, but everyone, everyone coming in doesn’t have to get one? I go…” and his face showing perplexity.

Carvey certainly understood the vibe, saying, “Well, once we found out, when Fauci said,” and then, employing his famous knack and honed skills for impersonation, Carvey switched into a hilarious Fauci soundalike… “Okay, I’m sorry. If you’ve had two boosters and two ‘vaccines’, you can GET and GIVE COVID to ANOTHER guy who’s had five ‘vaccines’ and four boosters—”

Carvey then switched back to his own voice to ask his fictional Fauci, “What’s the difference between a ‘vaccine’ and a ‘booster’?”

And, as a fumbling Fauci, Carvey replied to himself: “I dunno. It’s just more vaccine but ‘booster’ sounds bettah. Anyway, a guy with 25 vaccines would GET and GIVE COVD to ANOTHER  guy with 25 vaccines! That’s why I’m introducing the daily COVID shot. Every day ya get a SHOT! By the time ya get to yer car, you got no immunity, but it’s a beautiful 39 seconds.”

What’s beautiful is seeing a couple longtime friends enjoying each other’s company and showing that they, like so many of us who might have admired and gotten laughs from their work, recognize the insane claims and the egomania of the man whose claims led to mandates, business closures, and arrests.

When agents of the state have thrown such burning acids into our faces, it’s good to see two more widely-known entertainers express in funny, though biting, ways what many of us have thought for years.

Proverbial hats off to Mr. Carvey and Mr. Spade. They’ve been light-hearted about it, but they offer a message for the ages that no one should forget.
