In case you were still blissfully unaware of the fact: the Biden administration doesn’t give a crap who comes into this country. Nor, apparently, do they even bother trying to learn.

As if blowing the doors completely off the border and letting millions of unvetted migrants stream across it in droves weren’t bad enough, President Joe Biden’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), part of the Department of Homeland “Security,” just added a “third gender option” to its Form N-400, also known as the Application for Naturalization. Now, immigrants who want to become U.S. citizens can have their gender recorded as “X” instead of “male” or “female.”

According to USCIS, the fact that "Historically, USCIS forms and associated documents have only offered two gender options: “Male (M)” and “Female (F)" has "created significant barriers for requestors who do not identify with either of those options."

"Limiting benefit requestors to two gender options also creates administrative challenges for USCIS when we receive birth certificates or other official government-issued documents with a gender other than M or F," the agency claims.

If you're a mentally unstable or gender-confused citizenship applicant who wants to mark "X" instead of "male" or "female," the agency also explains that "You do not need to provide supporting documentation to select X as your gender initially or to change your gender selection for Form N-400," adding, "The gender you select does not need to match the gender listed on your other immigration documents or on supporting identity documents, such as your birth certificate, passport, or state identification."

So it's perfectly fine, according to the Biden administration, to have conflicting identifying documents on someone trying to become a citizen of this country. And if you’re an EMT or cop who’s trying to figure out how best to render medical aid or deal with this person, just…guess?

USCIS made sure to note in their online announcement of the change that Form N-400 is currently the only USCIS form that has an “X” gender option, and that anyone wanting to complete the process using a “third gender,” or switch their current gender declaration to an “X,” would need to wait until all the other forms have been updated to include it.
