This inspiring young woman is showing the world, once again, that true beauty and talent lie within everyone, even those with physical and mental impairments.
Her name is Annie and she has been diagnosed with autism and is challenged in her ability to communicate. Her parents were told that she would probably never speak when she was just five-years-old.
Not to be overcome, Annie shatters those grim expectations with a strong voice raised in song. After only months of vocal training, Annie felt ready to perform and, boy, did she knock it out of the park. Her song brought the room to its feet and her astounded family was overwhelmed with joy.
