Armed Legally Blind 92-Year-Old Woman Repels Thieves: 'Police Won't Take You Away, the Morgue Will'

“Come on in, boys! The police won't take you away, the morgue will,” said 92-year-old Twylia Smock to would-be burglars.

Regardless of the fact that she is legally blind, Smock refused to be a victim.

"All of a sudden, someone is kicking and beating on my back door, trying to get in," Smock said.

She had just locked her back door and placed a board up before the thieves tried to break and enter. Without a moment’s hesitation, Smock retrieved her pistol, cozied up to that door, and told them “I’ll take care of you.”

Though the criminals were quick to flee, Smock is unsatisfied with how they’re still on the loose after perpetrating multiple burglaries - they’ve even stolen from a church.

"Someone has got to take them out; I hope it's not me, but I will," Smock said

As you’ll hear in the video below, Smock is looking to upgrade her arsenal with a shotgun. Just in the case that those baddies work up the moxie to return to her home.

Thieves beware, Twylia Smock is more than ready to be your reckoning.
