What would you call a defense attorney looking straight at a jury and telling them that they “will remember each one of their faces?” Most rational people would probably say that’s intimidating a jury. I mean, how else would you construe something like that?

Apparently, that’s exactly what happened at the Multnomah County Circuit Court in Oregon during the civil trial of two Antifa terrorists who were part of the violent attack on journalist Andy Ngo in 2019.

According to Townhall:

In closing statements, defense counsel Michelle Burrows told the jurors that not only does she self-identify as an "anti-fascist," she strongly declared, "I am Antifa," and insisted upon making herself an "I am Antifa" t-shirt, which the activist attorney said she would wear after the trial. In spite of Antifa's well-documented history of violence, Burrows told the jury that Antifa's unfavorable reputation is untrue and depicted the organized militants as activists fighting for social justice and civil rights. "Resistance in this country has never been peaceful," Burrows argued in defense of Antifa, admitting that Ngo's tormenters were, in fact, “terrorists."

Rather than taking the time to provide evidence as to why the defendants should be free of liability, Burrow instead defended anti-fascism and attacked Ngo's credibility as a journalist. Burrows also told jurrors [sic] that she "will remember each one of their faces.”

Before jury deliberation commenced, Judge Chanpone Sinlapasai announced that the jurors have raised safety concerns about being "doxxed" and claimed that people have been trying to identify them, according to a Post Millennial report by Seattle-based correspondent Katie Daviscourt.

Go figure. “Anti-fascists” using fascism to not only sway court proceedings against their fellow terrorists, but also intimidate reporters, as they appear to have done with the aforementioned Daviscourt.

Daviscourt tweeted video on Tuesday of her car being broken into, smashed to bits and the contents within it stolen.

Now, we can’t say for sure that Antifa was responsible. But, if they did do this, leave to cowards — like those that have any affiliation with Antifa — to go after and intimidate a female reporter and a gay reporter.

That’s not to say that either of those people can defend themselves, but it is kind of ironic that for a group that claims to act on behalf of the “marginalized,” that those are the very people they focus their attacks on.

Just goes to show that Antifa is filled with well-funded, fake tough guys and gals who hide who they are, because they lack the basic necessity of having spines.

Ngo’s attorney, Harmeet Dhillon, was seeking “almost $1 million in damages,” as reported by Townhall.

If you recall, Ngo was attacked by members of Rose City Antifa back in 2019, resulting in a hospital stay for Ngo because of a brain hemorrhage from the attack.
