Previously at MRCTV, we have noted how state COVID19 lockdowns of businesses and churches, and governor-enacted “stay-at-home” orders stand as stark violations of the Bill of Rights and the Contract Clause of the US Constitution. And now, not only are those violations visible, another immense question about individual rights comes to the fore, thanks to shocking reports that a Kentucky couple has…

CNBC’s Megan Graham reports that on August 18, tech titan Alphabet, which runs Google and YouTube, will stop allowing its AdSense and AdManager on websites that offer COVID19 information running “contrary to the scientific consensus.” So, evidently, the heads of Google are not only disinterested in scientific inquiry and the scientific method itself, they think there is a “consensus” that has…

Fordham University just offered a stark reminder of how U.S. leftism is following in the footsteps of murderous Communist China. According to Zachary Faria, of The Washington Examiner, the Bronx-based school just disciplined a senior for two social media posts expressing his political principles - including a reference to a massacre in the country from which he himself had escaped: Red China…

Likely anyone with an interest in the U.S. Constitution and the deeper threads of liberty already figured this one out: most old guard media figures are either extremely ignorant of the national “rules,” or they simply don’t care. And that was on full display over the weekend when President Trump told Fox News’ Chris Wallace that he would not impose a nation-wide “mask mandate” as part of…

Lawyers representing a teenage boy allege in a suit brought last month that Los Angeles County Juvenile Hall forced their unidentified minor client to undergo estrogen injections that not only mutated his body, but also changed his brain chemistry and left him the target of mockery from other inmates. According to James Queally, of the Los Angeles Times, the then-sixteen-year-old: …whose…

Angry taxpaying parents and childless taxpayers Wednesday packed the Utah County Commission meeting in Provo, showing their fiery response to the state’s mask mandate for children returning to school. In fact, the crowd -- composed mostly of people going (GASP!) maskless, and holding signs and informative documents exposing the uselessness of N95 masks against coronaviruses -- was so large, it…

The unfortunate and ugly turns in government manhandling of St. Louis residents Mark and Patricia McCloskey just twisted again, as Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft reports that Missouri Senator Josh Hawley (R) has asked Attorney General Barr to investigate the aggressive actions of the St. Louis government in their treatment of the couple and the couple’s armed defense of their home in June. Hawley’s…

In the wake of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) majority opinions in the “Burwell v. Hobby Lobby” case (2014) and “Little Sisters of the Poor Saints Peter and Paul Home v. Pennsylvania et al.” (July, 2020), the Trump Administration just announced that it will change the mandates of ObamaCare (the so-called “Affordable Care Act”, or ACA) to remove commands that businesses provide…

Despite revelations that the “COVID19 infection rate” in both the U.S. and England has been massively overblown, Breitbart’s Alana Mastrangelo and Cleveland.com’s Courtney Astolfi note that Cuyahoga County just announced its creation of a “hotline” and website for residents to tattle on others they see outside “in public” without their precious face masks. In other words, the county is lifting a…

A few weeks ago, I did a piece and a video covering the BBC’s “memory-hole-ing” of one of the most hilarious episodes of England’s top comedy series, “Fawlty Towers,” in which I noted that co-creator and star John Cleese Tweeted his chagrin and his view that it was the result of the “reactionary” right in charge of the BBC. I also pointed out that Mr. Cleese was incorrect, that the people…
