“If you’re ugly and have a bad attitude, what the f**k are you offering people?” - Chris Porter, stand-up comedian.
How’s that for a “compliment?”
Apparently, according to one racist black woman on TikTok, if you’re white and compliment a black person at your place of work, that could be a “microaggression” and you’re a racist.
The racist black woman noted that a white woman at her work complimented her by saying she liked how she ran a meeting. That’s it. That’s the compliment.
So, of course, this mental midget needed to overanalyze the compliment and get all ‘scientific’ with it.
“Would she have felt compelled to say the same thing to a straight white male?” the moron asked. “We don’t know because we can’t guess her intent.”

The woman said she wasn’t offended, “but that doesn’t mean other people wouldn’t be.”
So what in the blue hell is the point of the video? Just so you could womansplain your conclusion and give others excuses to feign victimhood?
“So I think it’s both,” the racist explained. “A nice compliment but also an unintentional microaggression because of implicit bias.
That’s why it’s important to be explicit with your language,” the numpty continued. “The meeting should have been the subject of the sentence and not ‘me running the meeting.’ It leaves too much nuance.”
UNREAL. Black woman claims a white person giving her a compliment at work is a microagression and can be offensive.

You’re a moron. I’m sorry. There’s no other way to put it.
If you ever see this woman, never compliment her. You got it?! Bigots?!
