Wolf Blitzer Calls Dem Tax Hike 'A Beginning'

CNN's Wolf Blitzer called the Democratic fiscal cliff plan the "beginning" of a fiscal cliff solution. The plan calls for a tax hike on the top two percent of income earners from 35 percent to Clinton rates of 39.6 percent.
