Washington Post: Trump Candidacy Means ‘Possibility of Dissolution of the United States’

Washington Post editor at large and columnist Robert Kagan, on Friday, warned the United States could end as a nation if Donald Trump loses the 2024 election but his supporters think he really won. “He’s going to make it clear to his supporters that if he loses, it can only be as a result of fraud,” Kagan predicted in an interview on Washington Post Live’s weekly First Look show. Then, he asserted, “the entire Republican Party is going to... say that the election was fraudulent. And at that point, I think we face a very serious possibility of dissolution of the United States and secession.”
