Authorities are searching for a man who attempted to sexually assault a 13-year-old girl in her own home, according San Jose Police Department.
On Tuesday, the girl told police she was walking home from school when the man forced his way though the front door as she went inside.
The girl was able to fight him off, and locked the door behind her when he ran off.
She then hid in a closet and texted her father, ‘Daddy come home now. Some guy tried to rape me.’
The entire attack was captured on the home surveillance system.
Police believe it’s the same suspect who tried to sexually assault a woman in a grocery store restroom last month.
