"Our popularity abroad (is) no different than when George Bush was President.  What has changed is where as in 2006, a sizable and influential minority of Americans made the argument to the world that George Bush had ruined America's appeal abroad, now their attitude is 'it doesn't matter, Obama's our guy and if you don't like him it's your fault and not ours."
