BORJA VOCES: And as we reported for you here at Digital Edition, millions of undocumented immigrants will not receive government assistance, even though many are paying taxes. Univision News asked President Trump. Listen.

TRUMP: A  lot of people would say, we have a lot of citizens right now that won´t be working, so what are you going to do? It's a tough thing, it's a very terrible... it´s a very sad question. I must be honest with you, but they came in illegally. It´s a really sad situation and we are working on it. I will tell you, I´m not gonna give you a hard and fast answer because I just want to tell you It´s something I think about, and it's something we are working on. Please.

VOCES: And also, our colleague Janet Rodriguez asked Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf about the contingency plan to protect the 23,000 immigrants they have in detention centers from the virus.

CHAD WOLF: At present we are looking at vulnerable populations. And that's a case by case  basis. We're not going to make any blanket statement if we're going to release individuals or whole groups at a time, so

VOCES: Unbelievable. Important to say that President Trump did not give further details on how he plans to include undocumented immigrants in the current benefits, in the midst of this pandemic. It´s like they don't exist.
