Univision: Biden´s Push to Ignore the Filibuster All About Latinos and Blacks

ILIA CALDERON: In Atlanta, President Biden backed a change in the Senate rules in order to allow passage of a bill that seeks to protect the voting rights of African-Americans and Hispanics. He said he´s had discreet conversations with senators for months over two bills, as well as the possibility of ignoring the so-called filibuster. This would allow for the legislation to be passed by a simple majority. (Biden) added that he´s tired of being quiet on this issue.
