Host Joy Reid on Wednesday night previewed Joe Biden’s speech by sliming moderate Joe Manchin as “more devoted to Jim Crow” filibuster than voting rights. The unhinged Reid used her interview with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to pepper the Democrat with attacks on Manchin and Arizona’s Kyrsten Sinema. Reid slimed:
