Recently on "Morning Joe", Senator John Kerry implied the media should stop giving "equal time" to anyone aligned with the Tea Party but just a few short years ago, the senator told a New York City radio station that all views should be given equal time on the airwaves, even if it had to be mandated by the federal government.
