In a ludicrous attempt to criticize the new Bush administration's review of Clinton-era regulations, Time's Margaret Carlson hyperventilated on the April 7, 2001 edition of CNN's Capital Gang: "If the Bush administration keeps trying to kill health and safety regulations at this pace, soon we won't be able to eat, drink or breathe."
