The Taliban is taking responsibility for the explosions at the Kabul Inter-Continental Hotel. Reports said there are multiple casualties which were carried about from approximately 3-6 individuals. Reports also indicate there may have been a meeting going on between Western officials and Afghanistan officials at the time of the explosion.
