Soledad O'Brien Tees Up Clyburn to Identify Racial Code In GOP Opposition to Susan Rice


<p>Interviewing Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.), a member of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), CNN's Soledad O'Brien quoted the incoming chair of the caucus who decried the GOP opposition to Susan Rice's candidacy for Secretary of State and said "they pick on women and minorities."</p><p>Clyburn replied that the letter signed by 97 House Republicans opposing Rice's nomination used "code words."</p>
