Ryan: When You Pray, 'You Are Revealing the Presence of God'

In a speech at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C., House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Wednesday that our culture has become impatient when it comes to prayer, because some think prayer is not action, but prayer is action, because prayer reveals "the presence of God."
